Inresponse regarding the complaint:Thecustomer was given an initial estimate on 5/5/for $2,195.00. Their estimate was for labor and equipment toremove all rocks and debris, fine grade and level, and then seed. The use of equipment on his property and
forthe type of work he requested the ground needed to be dry. Grading cannot be completed with any moistureor the job will not be done correctly. We strive to have the best finished product and could not accomplishthis with mud.Thecustomer paid the half down deposit on 5/12/2015. The deposit is applied to the total amountonce the work is complete. We typicallyschedule 4-weeks out on all landscape jobs and is always weather dependent.Thecustomer’s initial schedule date was on 6/15/ We communicate with every customer that wewill call the day prior. The customerwas notified of his tentative schedule date and was communicated with regardingthe potential rain delay because of the rain that had started the week prior tohis schedule date. Every rain day shiftsto the next dry day According to theweather report from BAM Chase it rained every single day from June 15ththrough June 30th and amounted to 6.2” of rain. June finished with 8.36” of rain total; whichmade it the 6th wettest June ever on record. Only of the days in June reported ‘noclouds’. days were ‘mostlycloudy’. out of the days had measurablerain documented. This has caused major shifts in the schedule as itprevented us from performing our workThese actions were unanticipated andbeyond our controlThecustomer called on Monday June 29th asking why he was not done andagain was explained that the job could not be complete when the ground waswet. Although, there was no rain fall onthe 29th; the ground still held too much moisture. He was told that if the weather held out; wecould complete his job. On June 30thhe called and spoke to his salesperson who again explained how the gradingcould not be done because of the wet ground. He cancelled and abruptly got off the phone. We have issued his deposit on July 8thfor $1,for the work that was not completed

It simply blames everything on the weather, I do not believe the weather is a good exclusive excuse for my experience with this company. The response does not address the prospective landscaper not adequately listening to my concerns regarding the delay in service, even when the woman that worked in the same office as the prospective landscaper reported being unaware of why the work had not even been initiated yet. I did receive a check from company and the refund in conjunction with my decision to not use this company again ends my process with the Revdex.com (assuming the funds are indeed refunded to my account on the next business day).
