I brought my vehicle into this business because we had a front tire vibratingWas told it was a bad tire.We purchased a new tire and while changing it we were told that there were issues with the ball joints and other thingsWe bought the tireAnd brought back to have the front end worked onWe were assured that someone test drove and problem was resolved We pick up vehicle after hoursWent to drive and it still was vibratingWe have paid at this time $We called them back and they told us they forgot to balance tiresSo I drove from Danville,In back to Brownsburg so they could balance tiresI drove with no problem except the slight vibration told them to balance tiresI sat in their waiting area which they knew I was there for well over an hourI went up to the desk to find out what was taking too longI saw my key and ticket laying thereI asked why they didn't tell me they were done when one guy pops up and said, well there are issues we looked in transmission for these gauge numbers and want you to leave it and we will take you homeI said what? Why did you even get under my hood I brought in for tires balanceThey stalled around treating as if I was stupidI demanded my keys and leftI pulled out on the road and it would not even drive all my gauges were crazy Temperature gauge read My heater was turned on high and radio onI had neither on when I brought inCar almost died in intersectionI barely made it back to their lotI was furious They said yeah we knew thatI said you knew and you let me risk my lifeNow they don't know what to doManager is on vacation till next week and they want to wait until manager returnsI do believe they have destroyed my vehicle
