Revdex.com:
* DID NOT attempt to provide any services UNTIL my credit card company contacted him letting him know I asked for the reversal of the funds and no longer wanted his services. This was after days of absolutely NO contact, no responses to emails or responses to the Revdex.com complaintI reported his late attempt to contact me and provide services to my credit card department so they could document the date & time of the first time he tried to make contact.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. ***PLEASE NOTE*** MrF

The problem is resolved. The subject hired us to locate the burial place of her mother in law [redacted] that died in 1972. We did all we could to locate the burial place of [redacted] (1) called all of the cemeteries and funeral homes in that area (2) checked multiple data bases for the subject but we were not able to locate the burial place. (3) We also unitized reference library information including the Criss Cross Directory, Micro fiche, and newspapers archives for time of death of subject. We were informed that during the period of the subjects death there was a newspaper worker union strike during the period of time, which might explain why there was no obituary found on the subject. We decided not to challenge the clients charge back to resolve the issue.
