I could not be happier that I went with [redacted] to solve my debt issues. They are legit, they are the real deal, then work to get you out of debt. They offer a law firm to represent you to the creditors and are truly working to make every client successful. My representative, [redacted] was so incredibly professional and patient and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her response to any email I had with questions was prompt and courteous. I came into the debt settlement arrangement doubtful but overwhelmed with debt and willing to try anythingAnd I'm so glad I did! Instead of paying separate payments a month to separate creditors (barely making the minimum monthly payments and therefore never being able to make a dent), all I had to do was pay Brownstone one monthly payment which they used to negotiate settlements with creditors on my behalfEvery one of my accounts was settled for far less than what I owed, allowing me to pay less overall and pay off my debt fasterAlso, and almost just as important, everyone I had the pleasure of speaking to at Brownstone was extremely professional and knowledgeable.They would often call just to check up and see if I had any questions, and whenever I called I immediately got through to someone who knew exactly what was going on with my account (these people are ON the ball over there)This type of customer service should not be taken for granted and my appreciation of it cannot be overstatedAll in all, this type of program may not be for everyone, but for me it wasI'm happy to say that I recently made my last payment and am now free from credit card debt - something I thought I'd never be able to say!

A few years ago I found myself in a set of circumstances that no one ever envisions for themselvesA custody situation left me in huge financial crisisBeing a responsible person I had always paid my credit cards, my mortgage and all other billsI had almost credit scoreUnfortunately life happens and sometimes you land in a situation where you simply don't have the funds to pay for everything and you fall behind in a way where it is impossible to catch upFor me I ended up with massive credit card debt over the course of months that I simply could not pay due to the circumstancesI knew that instead of burying my head in the sand I needed to come up with a plan to figure out how to reasonably pay back my debt and get my credit back on trackFrom the moment I contacted Brownstone Law until my very last payment I felt like someone had my backBrownstone Law works directly with the creditors and credit card companies to settle your debt...usually for way less (sometimes 60%) than what you oweThey work out a payment plan that is affordableYes this is not an overnight processIt took me 2-years to settle all my debt I had acquiredCould someone do this on their own...probablyHowever most of us want to live our lives and work and spend time with family and not negotiate, send letters back and forth to/from creditorsBrownstone Law allows the average person to do just that...get back on track and not worry about all the detailsI worked with an amazing woman named Ashley who called and checked in on me every so oftenWhen one creditor debt was settled I always got a letter of confirmation that the debt was settled and a phone call confirming what the plan was for the next settlementI am so happy I did this and now that these debts have been paid in full I can work on slowly repairing the damage done to my creditI cannot recommend this group more highly

We have been in the debt consolidation program and have finally reached our goal of paying off all the debts. They Brownstone Group were very easy to work with and kept us informed through every step.

Please note it is standard procedure for our firm to discuss the program details and program risks with all prospects prior to their enrollment.  This is done via a recorded compliance call where the prospective client acknowledges full understanding in order...

to proceed with the enrollment process.  Once the prospective client successfully passes compliance, we then schedule an in person meeting with the prospective client.  During this in person meeting, once again, the agent discusses the risks of the program with the prospective client prior to the signing of the agreement.  This particular client was no exception; he went through the same process and, at the time, acknowledged understanding and agreed to proceed following full disclosure.  Part of the information discussed with prospective clients prior to enrollment is the fact that the term quoted is an estimated term and that we cannot guaranty completion of the program within said term.  Unfortunately, this particular client later on stated he did not fully understand this detail.  While we firmly believe full disclosure was given to the client prior to enrollment, we also do not wish for the client to leave our program with negative feelings about our services.  For this reason we have offered the client a good faith partial refund of $350 which the client has agreed to.  Client stated that he does understand and appreciates our consideration of his situation.  A refund check in the amount of $350 has been issued to the client.
