I hope this time it will be fixed because when the electrician left after changing the wires which was hooked up incorrectly , the boiler is still calling for heat (that loud swooshing sound that s heared all over the house especially the living room that lasts for hours when the heat shuts off), the theremastat upstairs reads 70/while a manual thermometer reads in the rooms and bathroomMy wife spoke with the company on Monday and explained the situation at which he told her it sounds like an HVAC company have to check it outIf the electrician cannot fix the Issue then he needs to honest about it and have someone look at it so that this issue can be resolved.It is quite frustrating when all I want is to feel warm and have a noise free environment from the boiler after the heat is turned offNoone seems to know what they are doing now when they were the ones who work on the heating system initiallyThe plumber came and he said it is an electrical problem,the electrician came and said it is the wiring and am still having the same issueIf they cannot fix the issue someone/some company needs to assess the situation and try and fix it Regards, [redacted] ***

Good morning,I am replying to the complaint filed against my company by *** ***.We have been working with *** to get his issues rectifiedThe electrician that did the work at Laarhoven Terrace in Stoughton MA went out to the house once notified of the issueHe changed some wiring to
resolve the problem with the upstairs not heating well enough, and at that time (just before Christmas) he and *** agreed to see if this solved the issue over the next few days. I spoke to *** yesterday (1/8/18) and he confirmed with me that the upstairs still isn't heating as well as the first floorThe electrician will be meeting *** again this week to move the thermostat to a different location in order to hopefully resolve the problemHe is also going to talk with the manufacturer of the conversion kit while on site to troubleshoot the cycling of the unit unnecessarily. *** told me yesterday on the phone that this step to remedy the situation was agreeable to him.*** has also experienced a small leak in the roof over the garageThe roofer went to the property when notified of the issue and we thought the problem was resolvedWhen I spoke to *** yesterday, he said there was still a small leakThe roofer will also be going back to the house to remedy this situation expeditiously. *** was agreeable to this remedy as well, when I spoke to him yesterday. I will be following up with him today to ensure he was able to schedule time with both contractors and will follow up again once the work is completed to ensure it has solved the problems he is experiencing.Should you have any questions, please reach out to me directly.Thank you,*** ***

My wife spoke with the company on Monday and explained the situation at which he told her it sounds like an HVAC company have to check it out. If the electrician cannot fix the Issue then he needs to honest about it and  have someone look at it so that this issue can be resolved.It is quite frustrating when all I want is to feel warm and have a noise free environment from the boiler after the heat is turned off. Noone seems to know what they are doing now when  they were the ones who work on the heating system initially. The  plumber came and he said it is an electrical problem,the electrician came and said it is the wiring and am still having the same issue. If they cannot fix the issue someone/some company needs to assess the situation and try and fix it.
