One eye brow totally faded out and when I contacted her about it she blamed for for not flowing the after care instructions and than put up a meme with a girl working out and our text messages about me asking about working out on her social media page when I confronted her about the meme she told me not to take social media so serious. I also had tried to resolve the issues about my brows fading out with her and she was not willing to fix them. just recently some I know complained about her on face book and when I made comment about her and her work she attacked me and decided to share my private information about me about where I work and my job description on face book. That was private information that I gave her when I filed out the forms to see her. witch is totally unprofessional of her. I paid $550 for a service than I had to pay an other $550.00 for some one to fix her work.

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment Would like a refund to start and for her not to bully her clients and except responsibility for her actions.

has been harassing me since January 2019 along with another client ***, friends and workers who are employed by Kaiser Permanente. They set forth on a path to sabotage my business by making false accusations on different social media platforms.

On Feb 2, 2019, I called 311 to file a report of the harassment, they said they will send someone over to take the report. Shortly after, a police officer called from ***and said, she is on her way, but would like me to give her a brief description of the situation. I told her I've been getting harassed, defamation of character, cyber bullied by multiple individuals who are employed by Kaiser Permanente. I told her that I used to work with *** about 10 years ago at the Santa Clara location. After she came to see me for her touch up appointment, she began to harass me along with ***, and their friends.

I asked for the police officer to talk to them to stop the harassment. She said, unfortunately there is nothing they can do because even though they are harassing me, they haven't physically harmed me yet. I cried out of frustration. She then said, "I'm sorry that you are going through this, but I have to take another call and if this continues please save my number and call me". At that point I felt helpless, but I tried to ignore the threats and continued harassment.

The day after her initial appointment, she messaged me and said, "Hi Fina I was just wondering about working out I read on your aftercare instructions that you cannot work out or have any sweating for 10 days I have a personal trainer that I pre-paid for in advance and I'm scheduled for Monday and Tuesday (HER APPOINTMENT WAS ON SATURDAY NOVEMBER 9th WHICH WOULD BE 2 DAYS PRIOR) I was just wondering will that affect my aftercare if so should I just wait the full 10 days or can I just wait till the scabbing is done and then start at back on my training again".

I reiterated the importance of not working out during the healing phase, and asked her to follow the aftercare instructions. Two weeks later she contacted me and expressed that she was not happy with the healed results, and tried to pressure me into offering her a touchup appointment sooner than what was available.

After our message exchange and careful consideration, I made the decision to refund the deposit for her touch up appointment and declined to see her again. Since then, she has been continuously harassing me.

I'm a firm believer that the truth will always come to light and I recently discovered another Instagram account *** with videos and pictures of her working out during her healing phase...which she adamantly denied.
I have attached pictures and videos for you to review. I have more proof of the harassment by in the form of screenshots, please let me know if you would like me to send them.

I have all the text messages between us that went on and I never harassed her and it was me that decided not to continue to work with her and ask for a refund. and yes I did post a video but it was not a video that was taken during my healing phase. it was an old video sent to me by my trainer that I put up. but either way that does not excuse her behavior for posting meme about her clients and sharing my info on facebook about where I work . she claims that she is being harassed well what about the clients that she has harassed by sharing there info on social media. I can you the info to my trainer she can confirm all of my training session during that time period . and from what I heard I'm not the only client she has done this to on social media . She is the cyber bully then wants everyone to feel sorry for her.

I knew that after I respond to her complaint, she will put her account *** on private and deny everything, but I already screen recorded everything even the Facebook post and comments of her and her friends (who she gave false information to) talked about beating me up and shutting down my business.

In the video she can see her working out and have direct sun exposure. And it's not the one her personal trainer posted. It is her own videos and pictures.

Her old coworker is a client of my colleague and had told us, that she saw her negative post about on Facebook. She said that she knows for a fact, that *** is lying and worked out the same week after she got her brows done.

Why is it important to follow the aftercare instructions is because the treated area needs to be kept away from two things - moisture and bacteria - and sweat can expose it to both. Not following the aftercare instructions will put you at risk for infection and will cause the color to heal unevenly.

It is also important to avoid the sun for at least one month. Once completely healed, apply a layer of sunscreen SPF 30 to SPF 50 on your eyebrows when exposed to the sun. UV rays infiltrate the skin and break up the ink. This can cause damaging to your skin and will fade the ink.

It is obvious that this certain individual is just not right in the head she continues to want to argue back-and-forth with me I will leave it up to the Revdex.com to figure out away to come up with the resolution I am tired of arguing with her and asked that she does not stock my Instagram accounts or request me as a friend on my account as she already has I have it blocked for a reason for people like her not to stock me or stock my trainer because she has already requested her as well I would like to put this to an end and stop fighting with a certain individual I'm not sure where she gets her information from any one of my ex coworkers and how anyone of my ex coworkers would know what I do on my own time before or after work during my healing process this is not a court or a jury. And I feel this is all a matter of he said she said. So I will just leave it up to the Revdex.com to take care of this and end this
