I experienced extremely poor customer service by the owner I requested clarification from the owner regarding the cost of a cosmetic serviceThe owner immediately became defensive and belligerent as she raised her voice in an attempt to explain the rationale for the costI have never witnessed such inappropriate response from a businessFurthermore, I would have NEVER expected such a response from the owner; especially in the midst of a toddler and other patronsThe owner's actions were unjust and extremely inappropriate
Very unprofessional service and horrible customer service *** the owner needs to take a class in customer service skills I had an appointment for an eyebrow wax She did not keep the appointment although I was minutes early She told me I would have to wait hour before she could help me Her staff made an error on the schedule and she did not even try and fix the situation Completely uneducated and unprofessional owner Go somewhere else!

The owner immediately became defensive and belligerent as she raised her voice in an attempt to explain the rationale for the cost. I have never witnessed such inappropriate response from a business. Furthermore, I would have NEVER expected such a response from the owner; especially in the midst of a toddler and other patrons. The owner's actions were unjust and extremely inappropriate.

I came in to receive the semi-permanent mascara and was very disappointed in how I was treated. I was running late because I had bad directions. I showed up 5 minutes late and was told the technician would be right back. She came in 10 minutes after I there and wasn't even ready for me. We they started to work, they didn't ask anything about me. Usually I am asked if I have gotten the treatment before, am I wearing contract, and they tell me about the product. This was not the case. They started to work on my eyelashes and the girl that worked at the counter sat in on the treatment. I would have been fine with it but she was talking about her boyfriend and how they were about to leave for [redacted]. She was not talking to me but at the technician. They did not talk to me the entire time, they did not tell me the pros and cons of the treatment. Then when I went treatment was over, I find out that my eyelashes will start to stick together over time. I was not aware of this. It also didn't look great! I come to find out at the counter that it is 175 dollars for something that I am not satisfied with! They did not mention the price before even though I asked. I paid the full amount. It has been a week since my treatment and all of the semi permanent mascara has come off. It came off in chunks. I wash my face twice a day and hardly touch my face at all during the day but it started to flake off. I would have black little flakes on my face. It also took a couple of eyelashes with it. It only lasted a week even though I was told it would last at least 2 months!Product_Or_Service: [redacted] SemiPermant Mascara Desired SettlementI would like the full amount refunded to me. I was not treated well. I was also not informed by the technician about the product. I thought it was very rude that the technician was late, as well as unprofessional. The product did not last long as the technician said it would.
