BRP Does NOT care.
How can you say you care when you put unsupported, discontinued parts on your watercrafts. Not only that but all my fiber glass is cracking after 1 1/2 years. Called support which is a joke. They have no tech support but instead tell you to contact the dealer. I called the dealer and they said you need to contact BRP. Figures. The f-in Canadian runaround. I can't even upgrade my chartplotter since no other unit will fit. BRP has no intentions of supporting upgrades to fix crap they installed at the factory. Oh yea, the cracks are COSMETIC according to the dealer so neither the BRP warranty nor the extended warranty I purchased will cover it. Figures. The Canadian run around.
PLEAE DO NOT BUY BRP unless you have money to waste. The cooler that came with it warps so hot air gets in. They know of this problem because the following year model had a redesigned cooler. Ever hear of a recall BRP or do you get satisfaction screwing the customers. Done with all your products. These reviews will continue.

Hello,My name is *** C *** ( NOT *** ***) President of BRP Inc. I am responding to a complaint from *** ***. She called me on Sunday March Just before a major blizzard hit Maine. She called to ask me to drive the miles to Boothbay Maine to repair her
*** snow throwerI asked her what the problem was and she said that it would not start.I spent about an hour on the phone with her asking for information on the machine such as model and serial numbers so I could look up any parts that I might have so I could take them with me.She read off many numbers which meant nothing to me or my distributors where I purchase partsNone of the info she gave me told me anything. I asked her if she would be interested in a new snow blower in case hers was unrepairableShe said yes, but what will I do with the one I have?I told her that I might be able to give her something for it if she bought the new *** ( NOT ***)I allowed her $for hers as it was partially disassembledI was able to start it by pushing the KEY IN.The machine was unrepairable in my opinion due to the damage it had (She said at the hands of her helpers) After I stood in her driveway while she called *** *** to see if she could buy the new *** cheaper thereI told her I was leaving and she had to make up her mind as to what she was going to doI told her she could pay me $for the trip down there and would just take the *** back with meAfter trying the *** out she decided to buy it.She wrote me a check for $1,and kept the ***I brought the *** to the shop and threw it on the junk pile.A few days later she left a message telling me that the wheels on the *** where too small and she was getting stuckI called back immediately and left her a message telling her that all I had left in stock was a much larger and more expensive ***.She never called back, but instead STOPPED PAYMENT ON HER CHECK!I called *** Police and spoke to Officer *** *** who told me that she might be charged with the crime of “Negotiating a worthless instrument”.He contacted *** County Sheriff’s office who visited her and explained the charges she might face. She informed the Officer that I could come and get the *** and return the *** which I did.As I was leaving I gave her a bill for $for two trips to Boothbay totaling miles and several wasted hours of my time which is usually billed out at $per hour (posted shop labor rate) She told me that she would write me a check and then IMMEDIATELY stopped and said “I can’t I don’t have the money now but I will mail it to you”! Which she NEVER did! I was charged $for the stopped check by my Credit Union which I have added to her total( And now $for the certified mail that she refused.) She has also been informed that she may be liable for court cost and serving fees which will only add to her total.I went to the Sagadahoc County Court website and got the forms to file a small claims law suit against herThe court requires the I contact her via certified mailShe refused the certified mail.I called the *** County Sheriff’s office and was told to call and tell her that the suit was in process and that a Deputy would be serving her a summons if she didn’t pay me in full by April 21,2017. Today is April 20,2017 and I will proceed with the suit if a check is not in the mail tomorrow
