Customer refused to pay to a recurring lawn service that has been continuous for the past 4 years. In the middle of the season just decides to tell us he never authorized service. He requested to cancel service which we have and refuses to pay for the services he received.

When the customer called me on June 8 he stated "He was not happy with the service and he does not want to continue" He also stated that he did not sign up for the service and he is not paying. At that point I cancelled his account and have not returned for service. We have been servicing his lawn...

since March of 2016. We provide a continued service from season to season and send out numerous emails and letters showing scheduled services. I do not require any cancellation policy. A simple phone call, email or text to let me know you do not want the service is all it takes to cancel. The customer also received before service emails as well as after service emails explaining the services. They must receive them because they are receiving the bills that are sent to same address. They then waited until after the fact to tell me they do not want the service and they are not paying. We understand they do not want to continue service but they need to pay for completed services that were requested. We have been in business since 2009 and have never had any complaints with Revdex.com. We currently service hundreds of very happy customers everyday.
