The owner of this company is rude and tried to trump charges to the insurance companyI reported them to my insurance company and asked them to investigate this company

Called business and requested vehicle to be picked upwas to be delivered by 930am at *** stated that car was not picked up then hung up on me
called brt towing on 10/to request tow of vehicle from pep boysthe vehicle was to be delivered 10/by 930amwhen I called at am 10/was informed that they did not pick up vehiclethey claimed to have called me but left no msgwhen I asked Tasha for her supervisor she hung up on me
very unprofessional
