Dear Ms. [redacted]:
As discussed, upon inspection of the improper sliding door operation, we will adhere to our initial settlement of an $85 credit towards future repairs for Mr. [redacted].
Sincerely,
William J. D[redacted], Pres.
After review of this complaint, we feel that the main issue is poor communication by both sides. We did issue credits at the time of service, but apparently we did notcommunicate this properly to the claimant.Since the claimant has been a loyal and regular customer, we will issue a credit...
in the amount of $85.00 that can be applied to future services. If the claimant has any further questions, he may contact us directly.SincerelyWilliam J D[redacted] PresidentWJD/mk
Review: The vehicle I purchased was advertised in their inventory for 16,995.00 (have the proof) unfortunately I did not realize they charged me 18,995.00 until I got home. I am certainty not that business suavey but I realized it the next day after I figured out how much I was paying and for how long. Notified the dealership by the third business day also showed them the advertised price and they refused to honor it. I feel they were dishonest and have foul practices. They took advantage of me and they did the same thing 2 weeks prior when they could not honor their promises of repairs on a van I purchased. Had to take back which did end up with the purchase I am now complaining about. They have replied me off twice.Desired Settlement: I would like to finance the original advertised price. Not the bait and switch I got
