My mower was picked up on Tuesday 8/25/to have the transmission belt replacedI called on Thursday for an idea of when it would be done, I was told Friday or worst case on MondayOn Friday, someone called to let me know I should change the deck belt also, I authorized doing thatI was told I would get the mower on MondayOn Monday, I called at 9:and was told that it was unknown if my mower was on the delivery schedule and that someone would call me right backI stated clearly at that time that I needed it that day even if I had to pick it upHalf an hour later, the "driver" called and got my voicemail, I returned the call six minutes later and I was told the driver had already left and because I didn't answer my phone he left without my mowerIn spite of stating earlier that I needed it delivered MONDAY, there is no reason that it shouldn't have gone on the truck, I had already made it clear that I would be available! At this time (10:20am) I was told "I will see what I can do to get it to you this evening and I will call you back" At 2:50PM I had not heard from them and I called back to find out the status and again stated that if it wasn't being delivered that I would pick it up and I was told the driver was calling me, two minutes later he called to tell me that my mower would be delivered on Tuesday(I was NOT available on Tuesday!) I had to reiterate once again that I stated I would pick it up if it wasn't going to be delivered on MondayThis isn't rocket science, I stated several times that if it couldn't be delivered that I would pick it up, yet no one would TELL ME that it couldn't be delivered on Monday, instead left me hanging until I CALLED AGAIN at nearly 3pm....would have been NICE to know hours before this rather than having to race against closing time! (I live in Corryton) I have acres, it needed to be mowed when the mower broke down, now it's beyond that, I was willing to pick up the mower but got the run around! My dad got jerked around the same way the week before on the delivery of his mower when it had a warranty break down- he was told it would be delivered on Monday, when he didn't hear from them by 2pm on Monday he called them and was told "we don't know if it's on the truck or not" so clearly this isn't just a bad day but a general practice He waited most of that Monday for nothing, they delivered it Tuesday I've sent several people to this store, including my dad-who bought a new mower after I bought my new *** *** thereWhile buying a mower there went well - the first time I needed service proved to be ridiculous, hope the folks I've sent there for a new mower never need service or obtain it elsewhereI will seek service elsewhere and won't buy another *** *** unless there are other authorized service centers in the area

My dealings with Exit have always been great, including sales, service and partsAlways courteous, friendly and professional
