I had one transaction about 9 months ago with no issue, however, I placed an order on Jan 26th of this year.
Of course payment was taken from my credit card immediately.
Still have not received.
They do not return phone calls and their customer service email responses are scripted.
First they needed time to research and then I received an email that my order has been packed. That was two weeks ago.
I just sent them a message asking them to ship my order or give me the courtesy of a response. I also told them that their customer service is a disgrace.
They do not even rate one star.
