My husband was a customer this morning. My husband was picked today at a nursing home. He was to be transported to a medical appointment set up by QTC. The appointment was vitally important. The driver showed up early at the nursing home which threw my husband off. The driver must have had a bad day for she called me at home. She complained that she could not find the address. She was frustrated based on her voice. I ask her to please stop and pull into a parking lot while I called QTC (who had scheduled the appointment) to check on the address she had and the phone number she had. The driver was very frustrated and hung up on me. Needless to say my husband missed his appointment. The appointment had taken months to schedule. I am not sure of the end results and the consequences.
