Review: We hired Mondo septic on Tuesday Oct 13, 2015 to test the septic. The appt was for 8am sharp and the crew showed up an hour late without any call. Then they tried to sell me 3 exchange boxes at $1200.00 that my contractor declared were not needed and later Jim M[redacted] agreed and only charged me the testing fee of $550.00, higher than most companies but I paid it because they came out so fast. I was promised the report that night by Jim M[redacted] and he said in front of many witnesses that the tank was fine and would pass. I had to leave so I paid Jim then before they finished and I left. I waited all day, night... no report. I text Jim the next morning ( 10-14-15) and was told I'd have it by the end of the day. I text Jim at 7:30PM to please not forget since my bank was waiting for this report. I fired a contractor who said he had the tank tested and didn't, so the bank was waiting. I am filing this complaint the following business day Thursday Oct 15, 2015 that I can not get Jim to return my calls, texts, or simply provide me with the report I paid for. I am contacting the bank to stop payment on the check until I received the report. I will gladly pay for services rendered ONCE THEY ARE RENDERED COMPLETELY.Desired Settlement: Once I receive the report stating the test passed as Jim M[redacted] stated in front of my witnesses, I will gladly release the funds, originally stated and said amount on original check given. Until then, I am holding my money myself. It appeared that once I gave the check, they stopped worrying about this customer. I emailed Bruce twice from their web site... no replies. Those emails were sent yesterday at 7:50PM. I imagine if this were an emergency report service, that email would've been answered immediately.
