My sister as a surprise wanted to have my front door installed. These people charged her 275 for 2 1/2 hours work. Frame is bowed, hardware is not flush pribably b cause door is not square. door also does not shut without slamming. I have installed doors much better than this myself. Man said there was not a threshold or seal and told my sis how to do that. Really? You just do that after it is installed? Give me a break. I should have taken day off of work and installed this door myself. I am super upset at the money my sister paid and now I'm dealing with the redo. I would never recommend.
