I live in [redacted] and the manager is [redacted] I have had interactions with her for the same issue over the past few months, both of which were not handled with any professionalismI was told to remove unspecified items from my porch, and that "Boxes, tools, etcshould not be left there unless it is temporary."When I reached out to her asking for specification on what should be moved, I was told "I have not walked up to your porch to see exactly what is stored there, but the only items that should be kept on your front porch should be outdoor seating / furniture or décor.", which is pretty unhelpfulWhen I asked to be referred to whoever did inspect or report and have them tell me what needs to be moved, I received no responseThis is now the second complaint I have received and the communication for the first instance was equally frustrating This company should not be managing ANYTHINGThey are happy to collect more than $per month for cutting the square feet of grass in front of my townhouse that I am not even allowed to place anything on, but they are unable to provide any kind of customer service or communication at all
