I read the response and I don't know what he is talking about First of all, when he said he would fix it I informed him I would be gone on vacation in April for days That was not a problem and they came out to mark the front pad for repair in June I remained home waiting all summer for them to show up By August I never heard or spoke to Bruce and finally called *** to find out what was up! They said they would contact him No messages were left on my answering machine I certainly never wanted a cracked marked up in yellow pad at my front step I continued to try to get this repaired as was promised Also, where on the contract does it say he is not responsible for cracks etc He said he would repair it, marked it and then never showed or called I tried to be patient but I just got the run around
