On July 7, I contacted both Chris and Jenny of Bruce and Dana Wholesale, Incregarding a warranty issue with our metal roofThe roof has faded from a forest green clearly stated in our invoice to a gray color as well as a serious rusting and pitting issue located on many panels but particularly bad around the insulated wood stove pipe exiting the roof and also on the backside of the house where the heating oil burner insulated pipe exits the roofThe roof has a year warranty on fading and I am not clear what the warranty is on rustingThe invoices are dated with delivery 9/18/but the roof was not installed until Clearly the roof is not even years oldPictures were e-mailed as well as my showing up in person at the Medford office with pictures on a jump drive and my original invoices on 7-7-I have made e-mail and phone contact trying to get someone out to look at the roof for a month before I schedule someone in to replace it before the rains come to no av
