Review: I have a contract dated 7/**/2013 with [redacted] Memorials, to inscribe and set a memorial stone at a specific cemetary.

All dealings were with [redacted] ([redacted]).

Who is [redacted]s daughter.

She was at the time only an employee of [redacted] Memorials.

As of this date , she is no longer employed at BWM, and any attempt to contact [redacted], has gone unanswered.

Either by phone, letter, or personal appearance at the business.Desired Settlement: Either finish contracted job, or turn over uncompleted stone to Monumental Designs by [redacted] (which is the new business [redacted] owns .

Review: In August 2013, [redacted] verbally agreed to continue his service onan already existing memorial stone located at [redacted] cemetery in [redacted] by adding the date of death of [redacted] attaching a veteran's plaque to the stone. He said he would remove the stone to provide the service. In the fall of 2013, [redacted] returned a phone call to give us the approximate cost of service. I met with [redacted] in the late fall and understood that work would not be completedbefore Easter of this year. I have called [redacted] several times this year starting during the winter and left messages. No return phonecalls have been made to me and the listed number is no longer in service.[redacted] is holding [redacted]'s veteran plaque. If he cannot completehis service, the family and I would like the plaque returned so that wemay contract with another company to perform the service.Desired Settlement: The family wants [redacted]'s veteran plaque returned.
