This is a great plumbing company with very reasonable prices and professional employeesA pipe had come loose (some time ago) in the crawl space under my house, causing a terrible odor in the kitchenEschberger quickly diagnosed the problem, then had to crawl under the house in the stinky mud and muck in degree temperatures to perform the repairThey were there for at least an hour and a half and I was very pleasantly surprised to see my bill in the amount of $I was expecting it to be MUCH moreThe plumber went over the invoice with me and thoroughly explained both the problem and the repairs
Woke up to a major leak on the outside of the houseCalled and set up an appointment, was told they could get over sometime after lunchI took off of work and never heard from them all afternoonThree calls later at around at night I finally got a call backI was told they could still make it later that night*** showed up and said that's a slab leak, charged $and recommended Wes to find the leak and do the slab work
Spoke to *** and set up an appointmentWas told he was having some issues and might not make itNever received a phone call just no call no showAt this point it had been weeks
Insurance stepped in and sent a leak locator out to find the leak, which was in the bathroomSpoke to *** to come out and get another up to date quoteThey came out and said the same thing$for the fix with *** doing the slab work (separate cost.) Called Wes who told me he couldn't do the workBetween ***, insurance, and *** this was a about weeks now
I was hoping this would be resolved by eschberger since I was told the $would go toward the cost of rerepair, but needed this to move forward I called *** *** *** *** with ***, who came out the next day on timeGave me three options and went to bat with the insurance companyThe following day was given the ok by the insuranceCalled *** was told he could probably squeeze it in tomorrow They showed up and it was completed
In less then a week we completed what was weeks with eschbergerI requested a refund but stood firm that they diagnosed the slab leakWill be using *** *** *** *** from now on
Very polite and respectful young men. Very knowledgeable and had replacement parts with them. Went straight to work and kept area clean. Total bill was less than I expected. Very happy with work. Will definitely call again.
Sunday ~ family from out of town visiting We return home from an afternoon out and as the bathrooms are used... each receptacle begins to back up (clear) water, yes even the tubs. We turned off the water to the house and ... My phone call brought [redacted]'s experienced men (even though they were backed up with other calls) to my home early that evening. They immediately knew the solution to my problem, handled it with calm assurance, checking all receptacles before leaving.. Their charge was nominal and their visit was PRICELESS!! Many Thanks!!
