Aside from posting adds all over the place, he did little else to market the property effectively or provide proper guidance on pricingWhen I asked him to take better picture and provide more frequent updates he simply ignored me I certainly don't hold Bruce responsible for market conditions, but I did expect ethical, fair and honest dealing consistent with his obligations as my agent and advisor There are many hard working ethical brokers in this city who will represent you fairlyChoose wisely
