A Very Strange Experience!
I went in to have 400 pages copied front and back and bound. The salesperson printed them 1 side and charged me $34.92. He also forgot to bind them. No problem! I just took them back to have it done the right way. Actually, it was a huge problem. The owner told me it'll be an additional $10, and she became visibly shaken when I asked what the extra charge was for.
She accused me of lying about what I had originally asked for several times. I asked to speak with someone else since she was noticeably upset and shaky, and her reply was ver batem, "If you have something to say, you can say it to me. I'm the owner." I gave her an additional $5 for the binding and wished her a good day as she stormed off rattled and upset.
