I did talk to *** and they took off the questionable chargesIn addition, they promised to mail my dental X-rays back to meI have not yet received themI did remove my reviews on Yelp

In reference to a complaint filed against the office of Dr Bruce R Schechter on 2/7/We have reached out to the patient, *** *** and I personally explained that we did not intentionally want to make him feel uncomfortableI wanted him to know that we did not participate with his
insurance company but we would be happy to still see himThe $appointment fee in question has been removedI have talked to Sandeep on two separate occasions and we have both apologized several times for our misunderstandings to each otherSandeep has told me that he will be removing the reviews and complaints against us.I have also offered to have him pick up his xrays that we have on file for him at no chargeI hope this is enough response for all of us to move forwardSandeep is also welcome back to our office at anytime Sincerely, Lisa B*** office manager
