I contacted this company to fill a pool for usOn the morning of the delivery I told the person who called to say they were on their way that we had storm damage and we hurrying to get the pool cleared of debris After several hours of waiting and hearing nothing I called back - they claimed the driver could not get in our driveway because there were "trees across the road"Which was not trueThe person who I assume was the owner then admitted the driver was not reliable and was getting ready to be fired due to a DUIThen he said he would call the driver and find out why he said this and send them onI waited another hours and finally called again to be told they were not going to make itSo we wasted our entire day waiting on these unprofessional and unreliable peopleNot once did they call me back I had to call each time to see what was going on and where they were and when they were comingI would never recommend this company to anyone

Then he said he would call the driver and find out why he said this and send them on. I waited another 2 hours and finally called again to be told they were not going to make it. So we wasted our entire day waiting on these unprofessional and unreliable people. Not once did they call me back I had to call each time to see what was going on and where they were and when they were coming. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Great company to work with. We just moved into a new house that had a above ground pool. Which neither my wife nor I had any experience with a pool prior to owning this house. The person they sent was very knowledgeable about above ground pools and helped me save money by finding a leak coming out of my sand filter. I would have never thought to look around the pool once it was full to see if everything was holding. He told me that this happens a lot over the winter when the sand filters sit outside unprotected. He removed the hoses for me and strapped them over the pool to make sure the water he just put in did not leak all out. Was very impressed with how professional and helpful he was. Will recommend them to anyone who needs water for their pool.
