Bruce the Bed King

Review: The bed that I paid for was delivered without the 2 drawers as advertised in the store. And the mattress which was delivered, has a different UPC number from what it is on my receipt. When I went back to the store, I explained my problem to the salesman, [redacted], he told me that the drawers are sold separately. I informed him that there is no sign

stating this and the salesman who took my order, saw that the drawers was the selling feature for me, never told me that the drawers are sold at an additional cost. I told [redacted] that I was not satisfied and would like a refund. He told me that once the merchandise comes out of it's packaging, the items cannot be returned.Desired Settlement: I would like the 2 drawers as advertised with the bed at my time of purchase. I would also like the mattress with the same UPC number that is on my receipt or the difference in the amount of the mattress that was delivered, if cheaper.

1. The drawers in question are clearly listed on every price tag in the store as an option at additional charge. The customer was never told that the drawers were included.

2. The "UPC Number" on the mattress is on unique to that Matters for warranty purposes. The customer received the correct mattress. The can be proven if necessary.

I am rejecting this response because: At the time of my purchase there was no sign indicating that the drawers were sold separately. I have no way of proving this because I did not take any pictures at that time. And I'm sure now there are signs all over the store's merchandise. In regards to the mattress, they should not have one mattress with a UPC# and send you something totally different. I work in retail. This store needs to be investigated!

I purchased a twin bed and mattress in October 2014. At the time of the sale they were so nice and helpful. However, now a little over a year later a spring popped out of the side of my mattress. I called them and they said that because I purchased the mattress as is that I would have to call the manufacturer. Something they could have done for me. I called the manufacturer Springtime Bedding and they told me that Bruces (not me) needed to call them and report the problem and then they would have Bruces issue me a refund. I called Bruces and explained what they needed to do. Then I received a call back from Bruces saying that I had to take the mattress to the manufacturer, Springtime Bedding would repair it and then I would have to pick up the mattress. REALLY!!!! What kind of customer service is that.
