This is the first I have heard of any of this. I didn't know there was an issue. Every time I see an orthodontic patient, I ask if there are any questions, problems, or concerns. I have not heard from staff or patient of any issues. In
general, I do not hear of collection problems and in this case, I knew nothing of a collection problem.
My goal for all patients, including *** and *** is that they be happy with me and the treatment they receive at my office. I am happy to resolve this problem in any way that pleases ***. If the debt need be cancelled, that is fine. If they have been turned over to collection, that can be cancelled. If they are ready to terminate treatment, that is their call
Do I go through you to resolve this or straight to the patient. We are calling her today to see how our stressed relationship can be mended!

Thanks to Dr. [redacted] I knew went it got to him it would get taken care of.  The office manager wouldn't let us talk to him and was unprofessional in her attitude. I would love to discuss this matter more with him and show him the paper work she sign. Dr. [redacted] has been a great doctor for a long time. Sorry it had to come to this.
