second: I took pictures for the records to prove it, third,I explained to the customer the proper/safe way to clean the gutter system,I offered to clean the gutter system for them at an hourly rate of $ 75.00 per hour and a 1 hour charge each year if they cant do it them selves, which they rudely denied, I explianed to them by cutting back the awning pans it will cause the water not to drain into the gutter system properly and it will cause leaks, I have installed over a 1000 patio cover in the last 15 years and have never had problems with customerslike this. I told them I would cut back the awning pans just to please them ,but would not cover any leaks which will accure. im drafting a letter with this aggreement for them to sign , and will do the work within the next month at my cost, thanks [redacted]

Wearing protective gloves would still not allow for proper cleaning of the gutters. There is not enough space in the gutters to allow anyone's hand in to clean debris without causing scrapes and cuts on one's hands.

As of December 22, 2015 [redacted] has had an employee come out and trim back metal blocking gutters. We ate now able to access gutters to clean out debris.
