I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The owner's generic statements about the road conditions in WI don't apply to this particular case; the road I used was free of any puddles and this is the primary reason I came back with questionsLikewise, the travel distance between my place and the station was closer to miles and not miles either wayThe time lapse was not excessively larger than hours and this has nothing to do with the case, as the car could have stayed in the garage for weeks or even years and that would not change the mere fact that the underneath wash was not doneCombined, all this just confirms that the owner is prone to making highly generic, lacking validity statements The reason that car was not washed underneath could be as simple as attendant didn't press the button (the selection process is manual) or a result of a broken piece of equipmentYet, the owner failed to make any attempt to investigate these possibilities and he just put a blame on meFinally, a prior record has little to do with this incident, though online complaints by other customers indicate that the record for this station is not that exceptional either, which is in line with the nature of this complaint.

Customer came in hours after the carwash he received with the underbody flush, drove upwards of miles in either direction from where he lives to returnTo claim that the roads were completely dry in both directions and wherever else he drove is simply implausible in nature during the winter
in WisconsinCustomers car was completely clean upon inspection aside from the underneath of the vehicle, driven on roads where puddles, melting snow and ice are extremely prevalent
After he was turned away he became belligerent and was asked to leave the premises and would not I then stated I would call the policeThere was an off duty police officer on site who observed the whole dispute, who kept to himselfHe stated to me that he felt I did the right thing
If a customer has a legitimate problem we are more then willing to accommodate the issue on site, not hrs later, unless of coarse it again is a legitimate problemOur history of complaints with customers and shell feedback system speak for themselves for a business that has been in business for just short of years and with Shell for at least 1/of that time frame
