I have had two experiences with this business On the first occasion I was having a simple trailer hitch installed on a new GMC Terrain When I returned home I was curious how the hitch was mounted underneath the vehicle so I crawled under only to find that they had failed to tighten down three bolts that were visibly loose to a point that they would have fallen off within days I tightened myself and called and spoke to *** who apologized and offered $returned and asked for me to return so they could check to make sure the bolts were tight Fast forward to March Although I was dissapointed with my last experience, I figured I'd give them another chance since I felt that *** had at least handled my earlier issue with concern I had just purchased a new Chevy Silverado and was there to have the bed Rhino lined I stopped in the night prior to review what I wanted done with the tech who would be doing the work (***) Upon picking up my truck the next day I immediately noticed that the tailgate was no longer flush with the bed of the truck After questioning them, they attempted to relocate the hardware on the inside of the tailgate, which did not help They claimed it was the issue was with the tailgate even though it wasn't present prior to the install of the lining they just sprayed and recommended that I take it back to the dealership As it happens I was able to get the vehicle in to get looked at on my way home The service tech easily showed me how it was the liner that had pushed the tailgate outward and prevented it from lining up correctly I contacted *** and explained their findings and he asked that I return in another week to have the tech "who normally does his linings" look at it This oast Monday I returned and was told that he had sanded off the lining and re sprayed it and that I was all set I asked if we could take a look and when I did, there was no difference I questioned *** and he said it had to be the tail gate and there wasn't anything else he could do for me and said that I needed to take this back to the dealership again as it was an issue related to a bad tail gate It was apparent that *** was no longer interested in standing behind his work After all he already had my money and wasn't willing to consider the fact that his untrained tech over-sprayed this area which caused the tailgate to misalign and close improperly After you pay over 45K for a new truck, you would expect someone to take precautions and care with your investment I would have happily waited for the trained tech had I know that Hason hadn't had the experience he needed to do the job correctly
Having had two consecutive issues with ***s, I would not recommend them nor will I ever return I would strongly encourage you to drive the extra miles to someone who knows there business *** is a very nice guy, he just doesn't have the ability to hire and train qualified help
