we help him ? he want to repair his 2003 Nissan Murano se 's check engine light for him to be able to pass smog inspection he also mention a bout his car has an exhast leaks too. after I under stood his needs I advice him to start we need to do a diagnostic why the check engine light stay on,and where are the exhast was leaking from ? for the fee of 90.00, then he asked about the advertise on the board for only 60.00 to diagnose engine light , what he did not read throughtly was fee 60.00 for most car ,and there will be an addictional fee to diagnose like exhast leak , but any way I was ok to start at $ 60. 00 to diagnostic engine light and check for exhast leak. he signed the estimation # 076621 I give him a copy and he hand me the key and I told him we will let him know the problem in 3hours and I moved his car to park in the bay with the hood open to get ready to assign to technitian , about 30minutes he started asking me why there is no body start working on it, 1time I told him we still have time,we will get to it,he just stand right there in the center of the office scoping us busy running around taking care things and get ready.then 30 minutes later he ask the same question again ,I got frustrated so I void the ticket I hand him back his car key and ask him to go and look for some body else who can do faster , and I ask him to leave my place asap, he got so up set and want to call the police ,after stand in front of my shop talking on the phone for a while then at 10 he left my place and that is the end. there was no fee $60.00.charge or $90.00 charge to him that he try to disputed.reading his statement of the problem there are a few things that I want to mention to Mr [redacted] for him to understand, and acknowdge, the charge is just scane the codes, is less because it take less time just to read the trouble code, but to diagnostic trouble codes to find the exact problem is take more times ,knowledge and right equipment to diagnose and that is why the cost is more, so Mr [redacted] what ever you do with other is yours business not mine and may I say to Mr [redacted] s this , the rest of your statement was a defamation, libel and slander to me. you look like to me may have really put your foot in it this time. and we are not aboveasking for legal assistance in getting a cease and desist order,but let ,tryit the friendly way first. .if my reputation were hurt by the false statement of your then you will here from us again.Thank You[redacted]
Hi , as soon as I see the email from you that make me to remember that is right I forgot about her, I got the message from my mechanic a few weeks ago state that she will come back here to talk to me ,but she has not come or call me, any way its a miss communication ,I will refund her...
the money she deposit for the part, I have no problem with that. I did called her at [redacted] left a message for her to come by with her credit card for the refund at 6"50pm to night just to let you know,Thank you [redacted]
