Customer came in 24 hours after the carwash he received with the underbody flush, drove upwards of 10 miles in either direction from where he lives to return. To claim that the roads were completely dry in both directions and wherever else he drove is simply implausible in nature during the winter...
in Wisconsin. Customers car was completely clean upon inspection aside from the underneath of the vehicle, driven on roads where puddles, melting snow and ice are extremely prevalent.
After he was turned away he became belligerent and was asked to leave the premises and would not I then stated I would call the police. There was an off duty police officer on site who observed the whole dispute, who kept to himself. He stated to me that he felt I did the right thing.
If a customer has a legitimate problem we are more then willing to accommodate the issue on site, not 24 hrs later, unless of coarse it again is a legitimate problem. Our history of complaints with customers and shell feedback system speak for themselves for a business that has been in business for just short of 45 years and with Shell for at least 1/2 of that time frame.
