Review: I placed an order for a bridesmaid dress on 29 Jan and as of May 14, no dress has been delivered. After speaking with Candice B[redacted], co-owner, she had no solid date about when the dress will arrive. After waiting over 4 months, I asked if I could cancel the order or receive store credit for another dress...I was told no. Candice has been very difficult to work with and unwilling to offer any assistance, other than the dress was ordered. There is no tracking number, no way to check on the status of the dress, and most of all no customer service. My husband is active duty military and we're serving overseas, she called me a liar, saying that I am not overseas, I'm in the same locale as her. I'm disappointed in the treatment I have received with her calling me, my sister (the bride), and attempting to call my mother calling us liars...saying we're not who we say we are. All she has to do is look in the computer to see that we are indeed who we say we are. Although I have asked numerous times to cancel the order or get in store credit to get another dress she has denied me that option, saying I've ordered the dress and even though it has taken over 4 months and has yet to arrive to the store, that I have to take that particular dress. I have never been treated so rude. The mere fact she called me a liar was beyond disrespectful and unnecessary. I 'm proud to support my husband while he serves our country in Europe and to be called a liar and told that I can not get a refund or in store credit is ludicrous. What logical person purchases a product, doesn't receive it, then told that they can not get their money back when they have nothing to show for it. I am appalled and frustrated that a business owner would simply dismiss a dissatisfied customer in the way that Candice Berry has been towards me. Candice has displayed poor customer service, I have no dress, and she won't retune $173.29.Desired Settlement: I simply would like a refund for $173.29. I no longer wish to do business with Bruces's bridal even if the dress does come in.

Review: I purchased a wedding dress, tiara, belt and bridesmaid dress from this store. The bridesmaid dress arrived in the wrong size, then reordered and the color was wrong. They refused to refund the money and make this right. I then ordered a wedding dress that they measured me for by one of their staff members, and the dress does not fit, it's too small. The tiara and belt were ordered and when I went to pick them up, they could not be found. Candace, the manager told me she'd look for it and get back to me. That has been months ago and I never heard back from her. I have called numerous times and left messages, but she will not return my call. They have told me they won't refund my money, but I don't have 2 of the items, one is incorrect, and one is to small based on their measurements.Desired Settlement: I would like to have all of my money refunded. These are their mistakes, not mine. The bridesmaid dress was $218.78. The wedding dress, tiara, and belt were approx. $1900.
