First of all , We don't call unless customer calls us and request for one. Because we don't know who needs our services, we just advertise with Google few times in a week.
In [redacted]s case, we got call on 01/09/2015 and a technician was explained the situation of the computer and he quote the bill before even helping Kelly. we get authorization email from customer once computer is fixed, only than we process the credit card. we do have recordings of the conversations for next 14 days of the call as our refund claim policy is good for 14 days.
As our business is new and we are in the beginning phase, we don't want issues with customers and any other organizations.Hence, we have processed the credit of $249.99 to [redacted]'s credit card.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
However, I do wish to say that my son did not call them. He is autistic and I have trouble getting him to call anyone. He has trouble talking to people he doesn't know. And secondly, they stated they waited for a confirmation e-mail from him before charging him the money which is also not true. My son has no e-mail address. He has no email set up at all.

Review: This company called my disabled son and told him his computer had a problem. They succeeded in getting his debit card number and charged him $249.99. He did not realize this was a scam. I tried calling them and explained the situation, but they argued with me and told me that I didn't know his computer was having problems and that they were fixing it for him. It's all a scam and now my son is out $20 or more due to these scammers.Desired Settlement: I would like his $249.99 refunded to him and for them to detach the several western union attachments they placed on his bank account.
