Hello,I want to let you know that I received the remade globes from Bruening Glass Works last weekHis staff were very professional and when I spoke with Marc, he explained the reasons, and apologized for the delayHe took on this project, that in my opinion was fairly difficult to accomplish and
many other glassworkers had turned away out of lack of experience and/ or knowledgeRegardless, of the negative experiences others reported, I felt that he has some organizational issues, but is an honest man that is committed to doing the right thing, even when things aren’t going his way.Sincerely,*** ***

proportions are different but it certainly is better than a collection of smashed crystal.I’m sorry it took so many e-mails and complaints. I’ll go ahead and advise the Revdex.com and Ohio State Consumer Complaint Division that you did fulfill the contract.My advice to you is to limit the work you take on to only what you can complete in the time frames you provide. You may also wish to consider hiring an administrative assistant to handle the business side of things. In a phone response with Revdex.com staff ([redacted]) the company said a part of the order has shipped but one item is on back-order.

Hi again [redacted],Sorry to bother you again on this issue, but I thought I might give you a heads-up on what has happened this morning.I made repeated calls to Bruening Glassworks this morning to both of the phone numbers listed for the company at the Revdex.com website. This must have tied up incoming calls...

to Bruening Glassworks. After literally 40 or more calls to both the Bruening Glassworks numbers, I received a call at my home number from Bruening Glassworks. The caller informed me that he had just got into the office and that he did not have a chance to answer phone calls on his (Marc K[redacted]) answering machine. I don’t believe this to be true, as I recognized the caller’s voice as that of Marc K[redacted], with whom I spoke in late October regarding the mirror restoration project.I asked the caller to return the mirror regardless of where they were in the restoration. The caller (Marc K[redacted]) indicated that he didn’t understand why I was upset as the promise date on the restoration was the 18th of January 2017. This also was not true as we had agreed upon getting the project done by Christmas of 2016.I told the caller I would give them the benefit of the doubt and allow them until January 18 to finish the project. I asked for an alternate phone number or perhaps a more convenient time to contact them in the future about the project. The caller would not supply either and said Bruening Glassworks would contact me on the 18th of January either at my home phone or by email.I will keep you, the Revdex.com, informed as to what happens on the 18th of this January and whether Bruening Glassworks honors this new commitment.Sorry again for the long email, but I did want to keep you informed on any progress made on getting our mirror returned.
