we discussed, the amount in question ($5,000.00) is equal to the remainder of the balance that is owed to us for the first phase of your project. We do apologize for the misunderstanding that occurred. complainant Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] met at...

complainant's home in accordance to the cus-tomer's desired resolution. All parties walked through the project addressed and resolved any misunderstandings regarding the process of the work completed. All questions were answered to the homeowner's satisfaction and all discrepancies were cleared. Customer proceeded to make payment for the work that had been completed and all parties were satisfied with the out-come of the resolution. Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] have expressed their desire to withdraw their complaint and should be in contact with the appropriate representatives.
