I registered for a class online for $5.00 to live stream at 2:00 on 4//2020. They took my I turn was debited from my bank account immediately but when I went to check “they claim last was full” a online streaming class” so I left with nothing but they took my money. I want my money back ASAP!!!!!!
False advertisement, money grabbing company, they build you up and take your money and you nothing in return.
They suppose to my under MINDBODY but you can never find them on their app NEVER!!!!!
Upon receipt of the complaint, we immediately issued a refund.We also explained that classes close 15 minutes prior to the scheduled class time. (This information is stated on the purchase receipt) When the attempt to register was made the class had already been closed.
We know this is a trying time for all of us. Which why our team at Brukwine decided to give a special Covid-19 rate of $5 per class during the quarantine. The refund ($5) was issued exactly 68 minutes after the complaint was received. We are a infact a Mindbody Business user and Brukwine can be found on the app by entering Brukwine and the appropriate search radius. We are confident this will clear up any confusion about the registration process as well as the issuance of the refund in a timely manner. Thank you, Team Brukwine
