Unprofessional business! You call to correct a bill and you hear a different story every time you talk to someone.
As of [redacted] they froze my bank account for a past due credit card. Friday 25 will tried to pay off debt with remaining balance. They refused to send anything stating it was paid. The money came out of account as of that Monday. Talked to county court and found out they were holding the rest of the balance due. So we called them back on Monday and ending up giving them more money. They were suppose to send papers over to the court to release the garnishment. It still has not been put back into account. So we called then this morning and we talked to an [redacted] at 8:15 am. All he did was give us a run around. One minute he said he could fax something stating it was paid. Then a few minutes later he said the opposite. I have talked to county court and Revdex.com. County court said we were doing the right thing by paying it off. I explained to them that I wanted a receipt and that this company wouldn't give us one for that kind of money. I explained to this guy and he changed his story again by saying that don't give receipts unless you go to the office. So I said fine I will drive to your office and get one. He said that's not what I said. I did tell them that I wanted them to email me something saying I paid them $[redacted]. He told me no we don't do emails. Finally I got so mad and hung up. These people shouldn't be doing business. they are the most dishonest company I have ever had to deal with. I still don't have anything stating that I paid them that much money. There is no reason that cant email me something that says I paid them that much money. The account number with them is [redacted]. They owe me $[redacted] as of today [redacted]
