Northwest Arkansas Home InspectorsMike and Dave BI had Northwest Arkansas Home Inspectors inspect a home in RogersI was able to meet them at the house with my realtor They were not able to inspect the roof because their ladder was not tall enoughThey said they did a visual from the groundIn their inspection they had taken and made comments about water stainsThey said investigate when home is occupiedI noticed one the stain was getting worseWhen a section of water stain was cut out of the sheet rock the roof support was wet and rottenThey could of discovered this if they would of went in the attic above the water stainIt would of been visual from the attic during their inspectionThey took pictures of the base boards in the garage and stated they should be replaced The water damage was coming from the attic going down the wall into the garageBehind the base boards was moisture and moldThey missed numerous other problems with the home I wanted a reimbursement of the inspectionMrBstated he would not give me my money back, but would do my next inspection freeI declined
