Brunelli Rentals

If I could give Brunelli less than one star, I would. The house we lived in for a year was infested with mold and roaches, no matter how much we sprayed and complained to management. Electrical issues went unfixed. She refused to put locks on the windows. The ancient air-conditioner went out 6 times over the course of a year. Mrs. Brunelli would lose rent checks, lie about checks being bounced, and try to charge us for literally whatever she could. She is also disrespectful and frankly, sexist. She would only deal with my husband. Every time I would call her to resolve a business matter she would either yell at me or be entirely condescending until I put my husband on the phone, at which point she would change her entire attitude. She has open disputes against her and her management company with the Revdex.com and with Camp Lejeune. She's changed her business name multiple times, according to other military tenants, to try to get around her blacklist status on base. Heed every bad review and warning you come across. This company and it's owner are the prime examples of a slumlord. STAY AWAY. I would have rather lived in a trailer than the horrible house we were in. Not only that, after learning more about the housing market in this area, the rent was way over priced for the age of the house and the neighborhood it was in.
Be extra careful if you are military. She will try to use your command to manipulate you and keep you afraid of her, claiming she will ruin your career by going to your command unless you give her more money (a late fee for a check she lost). It's ridiculous. Literally my worst rental experience. I don't have a single good thing to say or a redeeming aspect of my experience with her or her company.
