On 7-4-16 [redacted] ordered pizzas at 1:25 {we close at 11:30 on Mondays} her 3 pizzas were delivered within 50 minutes. She called back to the store the manager that night forgot to put bufflo sauce on the bufflo pizza...

the manager apologized several times and told her we are closed ovens have been off for a while and she will replace that pizza any time she just calls it in and we will send it to her. She said that's fine I'm still calling corporate which she did on 7-5-16 a lady called asked to speak to a manager I got the call she told me she ordered pizza and wants her whole order replaced. I remade all the pizzas and sent them to her she thanked the driver. A couple days later [redacted] called being very rude and threatening. Wanted his credit card refunded I told him I talked to a lady and replaced the pizzas. He said I called his sister a lier and she never called and ordered the pizzas that I just sent the replacement pizza cause I messed up.
