Wesley Brunk with Brunks did talk to Mr. [redacted] and made all the things that he wanted done. All except taking back old operators they were disposed of before I got his first letter. When we do a job we take all old operators away unless Customer asks us to leave them, which we will, but he did not say anything about leaving them there. We did give him his other keyless entry back taken away by mistake. The error code he was talking about is when you walk through door way that sends that code which is normal & right. I gave him 25.00 gift card to show I was trying to make thing right with him.
