In reference to the complaint made by our customer and the peeling deck stain:Mac Stringer Painting and Son's only use high quality [redacted] products which can be applied in temperatures as low as 35°. We do not apply stain or paint when it is below 35°. We only apply when the prior day and day of application is weather sufficient and not below 35°. Solid stains are prone peel. Which is why we do not guarantee our applications on solid stained to deck floors. We did not "lie" to the customer.
