[redacted] and [redacted] who resides in unit # [redacted] move in date 7/8/2013, they have had issues with bedbugs in there unitWe have sent a specialist into their unit several times for treatment and they were given a prep sheet for the treatment They have been treated with other pest control services that we are no longer with- If need be I will get past invoices to prove they were serviced and treatedHere are some recent treatments for this unit; past treatments were with past pest control services August was the first time they adressed that they had issues with bedbugsPest control at the time inspected the apartment and found no issuesSince then they have not complained about any problems till now On 2/27/was treated for roaches not bedbugs ( [redacted] ) On 3/01/ [redacted] services treated what they could as they were not full prepped for the service On 3/7/Thursday there were treated again We take pest control issues very seriously at Forest HillsWe always hand out prep sheets when residents come into the office about a pest control issue We did have issues in another unit in that building and it was taken care of promptly and has not had any issues or complaints since The power outage was on 9/25/It affected half the property and was only out for two daysIt was an electrical issue underground that we had to hire Electrical engineers from San Antonio and have the equipment overnighted from HoustonWe did reimburse all effected tenants one week rent (even though electricity was only off for two days) and gave them a gift card from [redacted] groceries for $ Neither [redacted] nor her roommate has come in the office requesting terminating their leaseWe are happy to release them from their lease contract early as long as the apartment is left in the same condition it was received in Attached is the proof of the services and the reimbursements we gave for the power outage on 9/25/ If you have any questions or concerns please contact me at my office at [redacted] or via email: [redacted] Regards, [redacted]
