Hiring Bruno's was almost very costly because of their poor service The office staff and technician had good attitudes However, I called to resolve a problem regarding my furnace flame not staying lit, but they recommended full checks and services and stated that the technician would look at my issue The technician recommended that the blower motor might need to be replaced because it was vibrating (range) An hour after the technician left, the problem persisted The following morning, the company called to establish a time and price authorization to charge over $to fix (furnace was years old) I called a different heating/cooling company and they performed the same diagnostics and fixed the problem within minutes for just over $ A request for a refund was denied by Bruno's manager because they "completed the work I requested." Hire them at your own risk, it could get unnecessarily expensive while they replace parts that don't need to be fixed

Have been doing business with this company for years and I am very satisfied Always on time Service is done in a very professional manner Never anything negative to report
