This is to respond to the complaint by Mr*** and the warranty issue
Our superintendent is one of the owners but he is unable to make final decisions on some of the warranty items due to the nature of the item
Yes our
superintendent has looked over the items on his listWe have gone over some of those items in our office and feel that some of those items do not apply for warranty work according to the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis Quality Assurance bookBoth of the owners need to go over those items at the job again and determine which of the items do and do not qualifyWe have not completed those items yet but do intend to complete them
The superintendent has been out sick for almost weeks now and is unable to work a full day/weekWe are looking into hiring someone just to do the warranty items
We are planning on addressing and reinspecting the warranty items during the week of November 10th - November 14th
The items on Mr. *** list that do qualify for repair will be scheduled after our reinspection

[redacted] and [redacted] are a very talented, christian couple, whose main focus is to fix your computer problem in the best time possible; and to leave the customer very happy with the results and the cost! As a senior citizen not born with a computer chip in my brain, both explained the computer lingo in terms I could understand. God bless you!
