I always dealt with [redacted] & always got excellent service In the 3+ years I never told them what I needed for service other than an oil change & [redacted] knows this I just went in for an oil change It was [redacted] that said I needed the service I know nothing about service or repairs to my car that is why I depended on them to tell me if I needed any service & [redacted] was always very honest It was [redacted] who said on the maintenance schedule this is what I needed so I trusted him Why would I go in & tell them to do a maintenance that doesn't need to be done Doesn't that sound strange? Since [redacted] on the other car I own this is what waved a red flag Knowing nothing about cars he told me a lie to make money off of me & at the time I believed him because of the excellent service I always got from *** Why after all these years who I go in there tell them I want a service then say now I don't & I'm not paying for it Really, does that make sense I have every single receipts, dealt with them over years with no problems, but now I ask for a service then say I'm not paying for it Really does that make any sense, I don't think so [redacted] is lying to cover his mistakes just like with my other car he lied to cover himself

We are confident that we made the correct recommendation in both cases.  The insurance company declined some of the recommended repairs because the part had not completely failed.  It is to their advantage to treat it separately in the future as it will require the insured to pay 2 deductibles rather than one.  We do however appreciate the business the [redacted] have given us in the past and are issuing a refund to the in the amount of $206.24 as they have requested.

I am not going to keep going back & forth the used car I purchased it needed no work I have a receipt to prove it & the inspection report from the warranty company, once again a faults statement.    The claim was denied not to get 2 co-pays but there was nothing wrong not even minor.  I brought it to [redacted] & they did a full inspection showed my husband there was nothing wrong as the inspector stated on his report. 
As far as you refunding me what I asked for again a faults statement I requested $222.04 not $206.  So although I agree to the refund if you are going to refund what I requested it is $222.04.

When [redacted] had her 2013 Mazda serviced she requested a 30,000 mile service. Our recommendation included a fuel service not listed in the Mazda maintenance schedule but based on condition and mileage we will offer that service that is done to clean any carbon deposits out of the injectors and...

the throttle body. This was presented as optional and she elected to have it completed. Included in the 30,000 mile service we complete a thorough inspection which includes axles.  There was no specific charge for the axles, only a charge for the full inspection.  As a gesture of goodwill we offered to return $140 but she declined.  That offer still stands even though she has filed several poor reviews about our business.
