After repeated attempts to contact Philip B[redacted] I have not heard back from him, I have been provided no final outcome, I have been provided no statement of where my money or the time spent for the investigation has goon. When you are given a referal to someone you expect to receive the amount of faith someone has placed in them. I do not recommend this service
