I am rejecting this response because: I should not have to dispute the charges with the credit card to receive my money back. Buyer beware of Brunswick Auto Mart. They call you a liar and you have to dispute charges with your credit card to get your money.

I am rejecting this response because:
cause the valve stem was not broken when I took the tire in.

I am rejecting this response because: My husband never agreed to that amount of money. Secondly, when speaking with the manager yesterday his tone was extremely condescending and wanted to me to listen to a lecture about a conversation between another employee and my husband when he was not even there to witness the conversation . He displayed a total lack of customer service by insulting me several times and hanging up the phone in my face. Despite this issue now being 9 months old, the manager fails to communicate that this issue was brought to their attention months ago. The length of time is irrelevant. We signed a contract in which I was the primary buyer, in that finance agreement. I should have received the tires and rims that were purchased per the agreement with the car. This did not happen! Although my husband did not agree to such a small amount of money, even if he had he is not the primary buyer. He simply brought the car in because Sam requested to see it. While he was there, your people tried to sell him a new car instead of addressing the issue that we have with your company's unethical decision to remove the original tires and rims from the car without notifying the buyer and documenting it in our paperwork.

10/19/2016I spoke with this customer last week. We contacted Subaru to ask for goodwill assistance with the repair. Subaru agreed to assist based upon Brunswick Auto Marts recommendation. When I contacted the customer to make arrangements for the vehicle to be repaired the customer indicated he no...

longer owned the car. Unfortunately we are unable to offer goodwill repair assistance to a 2nd owner.I explained that Subaru would not offer him monetary compensation only repair assistance if he had still owned the vehicle. he stated that he understood and thanked me for my efforts.

As previously explained the listing was in error and has since been corrected.

I am uncertain where the miscommunication came about.
Brunswick Auto Mart was aware that the factory hitch and extension did not work for Ms. W[redacted]'s needs.
Our General Sales Manager had a face to face conversation with...

Ms. W[redacted] and her adult son indicating that we would have that hitch removed and have one installed that would suit her needs.
Ms. W[redacted] indicated she was going to have surgery and would contact us to schedule an appointment once she recuperated. Until this complaint we have not heard from Ms. W[redacted].
She just needs to contact her sales associate to schedule the work.
Thank you
Charlie D[redacted] GM

Brunswick Auto Mart apologizes for any rudeness or improper behavior on the part of our staff. After reviewing the entire transaction with the Subaru management staff we will gladly rescind the customers purchase and reimburse their partial payment.

We do not agree with the customers point of view.

04/24/2017I spoke with Mr. [redacted] at 6:20pm this evening, I informed him we would not be paying for any over mileage charges on his previous lease.Upon review it is clear that the agreed upon amount to be paid was $323.64, that amount has been sent on Mr. [redacted]'s behalf to Chase bank. I...

emailed a copy of that check to Mr. [redacted] for his records. I have also attached pertinent documentation from the transaction for your review.

08/23/2017I attempted to speak with Ms. [redacted] yesterday evening. She was belligerent, nonsensical, and preferred to yell and argue rather than have a calm and civilized conversation.I even suggested she call me back when she was more in control of her emotions and we could discuss a...

resolution. Her and Joe [redacted] purchased a Chrysler 300 from us in December of last year they also purchased a pre-owned Chrysler 300 from the store in May. So they are good loyal customers.Recently it has come to attention that the Chrysler 300 purchased December 2016 has 18 inch wheels rather than 20 inch wheels. The vehicle currently has approximately 21,000 miles on it and obviously we are 9 months beyond the original purchase date. Our Chrysler Sales manager Sam [redacted] offered Mr. [redacted] a Good Will gesture of either possibly trading out of the vehicle for something new or reimbursing him for the MSRP pricing of the wheels.Mr. [redacted] accepted the money and we issued a check. Ms. [redacted] now isn't happy with that resolve. I am more than willing to listen to  other ideas for a resolve. I ask that whoever I speak with be calm and reasonable.

The 2017 Forester is currently at our Service facility. The customer is complaining of a strange odor in the car. We are currently working with Subaru of America to resolve their concern.Subaru Corporate is aware of the consumers desire for a replacement unit.

After a profanity laced tirade in the middle of the showroom floor on a Saturday afternoon. We agreed to recind the transaction for the truck that Mr. S. knowingly purchased the day before.

The remote start if factory installed and is operating as designed.

because:This car had the problem before I bought it and they sold it to me anyway. I paid for a new car not a car that has been ionized, detailed and now torn apart. The dealership has had the car longer than I have since they've sold it to me. It's costing me too much to keep running back and forth while the dealer screws around with it. Just give me a different car or my money back.

I am rejecting this response because:Email sent by consumer to Subaru:From: [redacted] <[redacted]>To: CustDirServices <[email protected]>Sent: Sat. Nov 5, 2016 7:52 pm Subject: Re: (SR #:[redacted])Dear Ms. C[redacted].Thank you for your reply. I had a call from the General Manager of Brunswick Auto Mart after he received the copy of the letter I sent to you and the Revdex.com and he offered to put in a new engine in my car free of charge. I told him that I had tried my best with their service department while my car was at their facility over the course of a week, but they could not offer me any help other than a trade in value of $2500 or they will charge me $9500 + tax for a new engine. As those were presented to be my only options, I decided to have the car towed and disposed of rather than fixing it. As you can see, the General Managers offer was much too late.Considering that my car only had 55,000 miles, I had 9 visits to the dealership during the time, no engine lights came on at any time, and the problem of the engine oil drying up sooner than the expected duration. I request that I receive compensation for this vehicle alter the ordeal my daughter went through. The car broke down on the highway early in the morning without any warning sign after we had told her it was a safe car as you have been advertising on TV.Thank you. Dr. [redacted]I hope this information is helpful. Sincerely,Babu M. [redacted]

Tire warranty is provided via the tire manufacturer NOT the auto manufacturer nor the auto dealership. This customer has previously received a one time goodwill assistance regarding tire wear. Goodwill is just as it states, it is a goodwill gesture, it does not mean that every time the tires...

wear they get replaced at no charge. If the consumer believes the tires are wearing because of poor quality or mechanical defect they should pursue recourse thru the appropriate manufacturers channels.
