Brunswick Auto Mart Reviews (21)

The Forester is currently at our Service facilityThe customer is complaining of a strange odor in the carWe are currently working with Subaru of America to resolve their concern.Subaru Corporate is aware of the consumers desire for a replacement unit

The remote start if factory installed and is operating as designed

Brunswick Auto Mart apologizes for any rudeness or improper behavior on the part of our staffAfter reviewing the entire transaction with the Subaru management staff we will gladly rescind the customers purchase and reimburse their partial payment

We do not agree with the customers point of view

04/24/2017I spoke with Mr [redacted] at 6:20pm this evening, I informed him we would not be paying for any over mileage charges on his previous lease.Upon review it is clear that the agreed upon amount to be paid was $323.64, that amount has been sent on Mr [redacted] 's behalf to Chase bankI emailed a copy of that check to Mr [redacted] for his recordsI have also attached pertinent documentation from the transaction for your review

Ms [redacted] , purchased a vehicle that she agreed to both the price and equipmentThe remote start feature is operating as designedWe do not consider her request to be reasonable or justified

08/23/2017I attempted to speak with Ms [redacted] yesterday eveningShe was belligerent, nonsensical, and preferred to yell and argue rather than have a calm and civilized conversation.I even suggested she call me back when she was more in control of her emotions and we could discuss a resolution. Her and Joe [redacted] purchased a Chrysler from us in December of last year they also purchased a pre-owned Chrysler from the store in MaySo they are good loyal customers.Recently it has come to attention that the Chrysler purchased December has inch wheels rather than inch wheelsThe vehicle currently has approximately 21,miles on it and obviously we are months beyond the original purchase dateOur Chrysler Sales manager Sam [redacted] offered Mr [redacted] a Good Will gesture of either possibly trading out of the vehicle for something new or reimbursing him for the MSRP pricing of the wheels.Mr [redacted] accepted the money and we issued a checkMs [redacted] now isn't happy with that resolveI am more than willing to listen to other ideas for a resolveI ask that whoever I speak with be calm and reasonable

I am rejecting this response because: What the car had or didn't have isn't the issue I negotiated based on an MSRP of $34, If they told me they had a similar vehicle for only $33,I would not have offered as much for the car If they were giving me a more expensive car they certainly would want more money Why should I pay the same for a lesser value vehicle?

Tire warranty is provided via the tire manufacturer NOT the auto manufacturer nor the auto dealershipThis customer has previously received a one time goodwill assistance regarding tire wearGoodwill is just as it states, it is a goodwill gesture, it does not mean that every time the tires wear they get replaced at no chargeIf the consumer believes the tires are wearing because of poor quality or mechanical defect they should pursue recourse thru the appropriate manufacturers channels

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/04/08) */ We will ship a rear mat to the customerThe photo does clearly show matsThe description list it as a set of We apologize for any inconvenience

I am rejecting this response because: I should not have to dispute the charges with the credit card to receive my money backBuyer beware of Brunswick Auto MartThey call you a liar and you have to dispute charges with your credit card to get your money

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/08/18) */ After a profanity laced tirade in the middle of the showroom floor on a Saturday afternoonWe agreed to recind the transaction for the truck that MrSknowingly purchased the day before

01/04/17Mr [redacted] brought his Impreza to us STATING IT WAS NOT RUNNING RIGHT AFTER HE REBUILT THE ENGINEIT WOULD STALL WHEN THE ALTERNATOR WAS CONNECTED.He also requested that the brakes needed to be bledThe Service advisor quoted an initial check out time and feeMr [redacted] left the car with us.Further into the diagnosis of the problem the technician recommended that it would take additional time and expense to address the problemWhen Mr [redacted] was informed of the additional expense, he declined.Mr [redacted] had his vehicle towed from our storeWhen the tow company took the vehicle it was still in a state of disassemblyMr[redacted] was not charged for the time our technician spent on the vehicleMr [redacted] could not repair his car on his ownHe then wanted to have it repaired as affordably as possibleHe chose to take the vehicle to another facility. The expense to get the car running is solely his responsibility

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/06/18) */ Mr [redacted] discussed this concern with both the Sales Associate and the Sales Manager He stated that he was okay with the fact that we had removed an aftermarket alarm from the vehicleIt had been triggering incessantly that is what the remotes were tied into If he feels he can get the feature he wants for $I will be more than happy to forward him a check This would strictly be a GOODWILL accomodation being that he purchased the vehicle AS-IS He may contact me directly if he wishes to proceed

I am rejecting this response because:Email sent by consumer to Subaru:From: [redacted] < [redacted] >To: CustDirServices Sent: SatNov 5, 7:pm Subject: Re: (SR #: [redacted] )Dear MsC***.Thank you for your replyI had a call from the General Manager of Brunswick Auto Mart after he received the copy of the letter I sent to you and the Revdex.com and he offered to put in a new engine in my car free of chargeI told him that I had tried my best with their service department while my car was at their facility over the course of a week, but they could not offer me any help other than a trade in value of $or they will charge me $+ tax for a new engineAs those were presented to be my only options, I decided to have the car towed and disposed of rather than fixing itAs you can see, the General Managers offer was much too late.Considering that my car only had 55,miles, I had visits to the dealership during the time, no engine lights came on at any time, and the problem of the engine oil drying up sooner than the expected durationI request that I receive compensation for this vehicle alter the ordeal my daughter went throughThe car broke down on the highway early in the morning without any warning sign after we had told her it was a safe car as you have been advertising on TV.Thank youDr***I hope this information is helpfulSincerely,Babu M***

I am rejecting this response because: My husband never agreed to that amount of moneySecondly, when speaking with the manager yesterday his tone was extremely condescending and wanted to me to listen to a lecture about a conversation between another employee and my husband when he was not even there to witness the conversation He displayed a total lack of customer service by insulting me several times and hanging up the phone in my faceDespite this issue now being months old, the manager fails to communicate that this issue was brought to their attention months agoThe length of time is irrelevantWe signed a contract in which I was the primary buyer, in that finance agreementI should have received the tires and rims that were purchased per the agreement with the carThis did not happen! Although my husband did not agree to such a small amount of money, even if he had he is not the primary buyerHe simply brought the car in because Sam requested to see itWhile he was there, your people tried to sell him a new car instead of addressing the issue that we have with your company's unethical decision to remove the original tires and rims from the car without notifying the buyer and documenting it in our paperwork

I am rejecting this response because: cause the valve stem was not broken when I took the tire in

I am rejecting this response because: We were originally advised we would get at least a full tank of gas for previous inconveniencesNow there has been more inconveniences and miscommunication from the business and now the gas is not an option? My complaint of extremely horrible customer service and communication remains

I am rejecting this response because:This car had the problem before I bought it and they sold it to me anywayI paid for a new car not a car that has been ionized, detailed and now torn apartThe dealership has had the car longer than I have since they've sold it to meIt's costing me too much to keep running back and forth while the dealer screws around with itJust give me a different car or my money back

As previously explained the listing was in error and has since been corrected
